There are many potential job opportunities in Medway, as currently there is a cohort of GPs in the area reaching retirement age. There is also the Heart of the Thames gateway development, with excellent transport links and good local schools, and good new and affordable houses.
The Medway Scheme is a friendly group that meet most Wednesday afternoons at the Post graduate centre at Medway Maritime Hospital or the Canterbury Christ Church University, Medway campus.
We tackle a wide variety of topics relevant to general practice and training, and offer each other support through the training years - you can find out more about what we have covered in the past in our timetables section.
